Equipment, locations, quantities, and moving equipment
Device transfers can be ordered through the contact form. Please include the device's serial number, departure address, destination address, transfer contact person, and your unit's cost center at the university.
Note: Transfers due to customer needs will be charged to the unit managing the device.
The cost of device transfers is always determined by the quantity and distance. Inquire about the transfer and additional information through the contact form.

Identifiers and usage
The identifiers used in the previous system will also work in the new printing system. They must be registered as new cards.
New identifiers will be provided free of charge to university staff and units in larger batches, and they can be requested through the contact form.
NOTE! In the Aalto University’s system, the only functional identifier defined is the access token. This identifier does not need to be activated separately for the printing system; it works directly on all multifunction devices by presenting the token to the device’s card reader.
Printing prices
Printing prices vary by university:
Student printing at the University of Helsinki requires a printing balance. The Balance Store is located in the myPrint portal.
Helsinki University: B&W 0,079 € and color 0,149 € per print surface.
Aalto University: Black-and-white student printing is free of charge. Arts students have access to devices that can also print in color.
Haaga-Helia: Students have a quota of 200 B&W pages or 100 color pages for printing. When the quota is exhausted, please contact the IT helpdesk at helpdesk@haaga-helia.fi.
University of the Arts: printing services are currently provided free of charge.
Purchased balances are not refundable. Previously acquired balances from the Canon system have been transferred to the new printing system on January 2, 2025.
Old magna cards are not refundable.
Service costs
Unigrafia bills for the service according to the agreed practices for each university.
The charge typically consists of a device fee and page charges.

Maintenance and supplies, ink and paper
Send a maintenance request through the contact page. Remember to include the device's serial number, your contact information, and a description of the problem.
